Hello, what would you recommend after NurtureMe cereal as its not available in my country.
Hi Abeer,
What country are you in?
Is there a guide on Baby water that does not contain fluoride?
Hi Takiyah,
I haven’t written water that doesn’t contain fluoride for a baby yet.
However, the article by the Environmental Working Group may be helpful to find out if fluoride in drinking water by children is healthy.
If you would like to avoid fluoride in water, you can look into bottled water that doesn’t contain fluoride. Some bottled water such as Icelandic Glacial Spring Water does not contain fluoride. You may also want to consult with your pediatrician. Hope this helps!
